Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dashatantra purchase.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

A book arrives damaged or defective.

You receive the wrong title or variant.

We do not accept returns for books that are in acceptable condition but no longer wanted.

How to Request a Return

Email support@dashatantra.in within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or issue.

Our team will review the request within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the item is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for COD orders).

Exchanges

If you'd like a different variant or title, you may request an exchange subject to stock availability. Shipping charges for the replacement are covered by us.
